If you are from the USA, click here (don't worry, I tried the link a while ago and it worked perfectly), and click 'Submit'. You don't need to fill out anything, and if you did, you just wasted your time. Anyway, after the page has loaded, copy your code, the dark-red-lettered thing, and click here. Enter the code and click 'Submit'. Something should pop up saying that the outfit is in your suite and blah blah blah.
