You will need a photo for this, and it's only available until May 27, 2012.
If you are from the Netherlands, log on, click here and enter a photo. If you are from anywhere else, you will need to use a proxy : icthero.com or roxprox.com or surfyourschool.com (more here)
If those proxies don't work, instructions on how to turn on flash for proxies without it are given here.
1. Paste this into the proxy URL bar : stardoll.com/en/contest/view.php?id=2798
2. Press Enter.
3. Log into your Stardoll account.
4. Enter a photo.
5. Close the tab/window.
6. The accessory should be in a Starplaza box in your suite.
