If you ask me, this looks like it's made for LE. Anyway, you need a photo for this, and it's only available until April 18, 2012.
If you are from the US, log in, click here and enter a photo. If you are from anywhere else, you will need to use a proxy (webwarper.net refuses to submit photos) : unblockspace.info or finalsurf.info or ninjaproxy.cc or turbo-proxy.com (more here)
1. Paste this into the proxy URL bar : stardoll.com/en/contest/view.php?id=2551
2. Press Enter.
3. Log into your Stardoll account.
4. Enter a photo.
5. Close the tab/window.
6. The lamp should be in a starplaza box in your suite.
